The 5th Annual LiMBO on Long Island was a great success.
We had over 30 campers which included travellers from as far away as Portland Maine, Freeport Maine, Rochester
NY and Philidelphia PA. Many of the New England crew caravaned together on the New London/Orient Pt. ferry.
Friday night filled up pretty quickly as over 25 of the guests rolled in. Camaraderie and campfire
was on the agenda for evening.
Saturday was a perfect day for a caravan to the "Big Duck" and the ocean. Dune Road in the "Hamptons"
was the destination this year.
Saturday evening was filled with food galore at the potluck dinner. Follwed by raffles and door prize
giveaways. Again, bonfire and camaraderie completed the evening.
Sunday was yet another warm and sunny day. Brad and I finally left about 3:30 in the afternoon after
most had headed out. Some decided to complete the day down by the beach at the campground.
